Vehicle Description

1932 saw the second lowest production numbers for Harley in modern times. There are mostly VLs but few V models. This '32 V has a rare factory color, Deft Blue paint job. Serial and belly numbers just added.

Full restoration and rebuilt engine by Steve Slocombe of VL Heaven ( see vlheaven.com ) and John Cullane was completed five years ago. The bike was awarded the AMCA Winners Circle and was on display for a year at the AMCA Winners circle display at the Motorcyclepedia Museum in Newburgh, NY. It currently has 8 miles on it since the restoration.

I will include the correct Schebler carb with the bike ( worth approximately $700 ) that was used for the AMCA judging. Scheblers have issues with leaking and performance is lacking so the bike has a Linkert carb currently installed.

This bike starts easily, runs very strong, shifts through all three gears and it is very easy to ride even with the handshift and foot clutch. The exhaust has been powder coated.
