Custom built 34 frame with tubular X member powder coated with clean welds ( see photos ). In front is a 4 inch dropped tube axle, 4 bar set up and mono leaf front spring. Vega steering box, powder coated frame, black with Pete & Jakes chrome accent parts. Out back is a custom width Ford 9 inch with 3:70 gears, Auburn posi. With adjustable coil over set up. Stainless and braided brake lines with Disc front drum rear. Exhaust is ceramic coated by ( Hot Shots ) Stainless mufflers and Sanderson headers.
Motor and Transmission: Motor is a 355 Chevy Freshened and gone through polished and ported heads running 9.5:1 built by ( Pogo Racing Engines ) Not built to be a drag car but a gentleman's cruiser. Has Edelbrock performer intake and a 650 Avs2 carb electronic choke. Pertronix distributor. Car has vintage heat and air with a serpentine belt set up. Ball milled valve covers and a finned oil pan. Motor is backed by a TH 700r4 transmission with a 2000 stall converter ( built by Redline Automotive. )
Car rolls down the road on Wheel Vintiques 16x8 rear and 15x6 front Vintage wire rims.
Body is a Downs glass body chopped 3/5 inches wrapped by Steel fenders and running boards front and back. Steel 4 piece hood and rear splash pan. Steel chrome grill with a painted center to match wheels and subtle pinstripes. ( timeless look). Paint is PPG Abyss black done by (Jahren Custom Paint).
Interior features a Glide split seat with a distressed burgundy Carrera Leather. This includes door panels, kick panels, headliner and behind seat. Same interior outfits the trunk. Hidden audio with amp. All wiring terminates and is flawlessly done in trunk behind pull out panel, which also covers the battery. Lokar shifter and emergency brake. Power windows.
