We believe it has the original 134 cubic inch L4 engine which is
backed by a 3-speed manual transmission commonly referred to as the
legendary "go-devil" engine. It has the black stock factory air
cleaner assembly, original cast iron exhaust manifolds, carb, and
look mostly stock like it came out of the factory.
It runs and performs wonderfully and would be a dream for the
collector or enthusiast to have one this original.
Interior
The interior looks fresh with its white high-back bucket seats,
body painted dash with all the Sunpro gauges, switches, and
controls, black floor shifter and 4WD shifter, black steering
wheel, black flooring, and a black roll bar.

panels with black bumpers, a tow hitch on the rear, flat fenders,
large headlights and a seven slot grille, a trademark which can
still be seen on Jeeps today, side steps, and rides on black
5-spoke steel wheels and black sidewall off road type tires.

Conclusion
This 1948 Willys Jeep we have here at Skyway Classics was the first
mass-produced Jeep for the civilian market and examples are highly
desirable among Jeep enthusiasts and collectors worldwide.
Our 1948 Willys Jeep will be great for the collector, investor or

Jeep models.
