This is a 1953 Chevrolet 3100 short bed 5 window truck. This truck has been being built for the last 6 years. Every thing is new or restored on this truck. With the exception of the front windshields, the rear window, and corner windows are original. The side glass was replaced. The front windshield glass, rear window glass and corner glass is still original along with the gaskets. New custom paint, which is ruby metallic, tuxedo black on top, and silver metallic stripe. I do have extra paint for the truck in case of any chips in the future. Has the 235 engine which was rebuilt and a 4 speed Saginaw manual transmission that was also rebuilt. Both has less then 1000 miles since rebuilt. Has a 12 volt system. Has a 10 bolt 3.73 gear ratio rear end out of a 70s Chevy truck. Radiator was rebuilt. New brakes and hardware. Newer 15 inch wheels and tires. New seals and weatherstripping. All new chrome. All new interior. I have since installed new black sunvisors. Lights, gauges, ect work. New oak wood with mahogany finish with paint strips to match the truck in the bed. This truck was done right.
