For your consideration is my absolutely beautiful show stopping 1957 Chevy Bel Air 2dr Hardtop, NO Post. Equipped with its 283 V8 4BBL with a Powerglide Automatic. As indicated by the engine stamp, this is an EG Motor, which means this is a real 2x4 or Dual Carburetor car which would have had a Batwing Air Cleaner Setup. And as indicated by the trim tag, this is a factory two tone Black with a White roof car, with Red Interior. Frame off nut and bolt restoration was completed about 5 years ago. Only 212 miles on the car since completion.
This Chevy must be seen in person to truly appreciate! The car is simply spectacular!! The Base/Clear Paint shines at any angle with incredible depth and gloss. Its just too nice to drive. Undercarriage is as nice as the rest of the car. All painted shiny black. No undercoat or any cover up whatsoever. No issues, surprises, holes, rust bubbles, etc. . All of the chrome, stainless, emblems, bumpers and grill are either new, redone, or polished. The car is just new in the wrapper as they say. Everything on this Bel Air was redone or replaced. Top to bottom, left to right, this car was done. If you ask about any part of the car, the answer is yes, that's new! From wiring harness, to wiper motor, to window regulators, to drivetrain rebuild – YES, its been done!
She rides, drives, and handles like a new car; straight down the road with no shimmies, shakes, or vibrations. Very tight and easy to drive for any size or aged driver. I would not hesitate getting behind the wheel of this car with my family and drive it anywhere. Everything Works in this car! All of the lights, turn signals, brakes, gauges, etc are functioning properly. Interior is original style but new as well and absolutely stunning. Car is equipped with power steering and power brakes.
