57 Corvette Restomod.
Black with shoreline beige/blue interior. 2 tops.
Yes it's a real 57 Corvette. The last picture is the car I started with, which was a complete car. So no it's not a kit car and it wasn't assembled from parts and pieces.
SRIII Motorsports tube frame with C4 Corvette front and rear suspension with coil overs.
383 SBC with 436 rwhp on pump gas.
NO its NOT an Oldsmobile just a set of NASCAR valve covers for fun at cruise night.
AFR heads
Eagle crank and rods
SRP forged pistons
MSD igniton
Ram clutch
Be Cool radiator/fan
Tremec 5 speed
P/S P/B No A/C
Interior all original other than the blue color. Original gauges. Steering wheel moved forward for more room. Gauges were restored and work other than the speedo and tach which aren't hooked up.
Car is a driver, not a show queen. Car was built to be driven and it was, and thus shows some signs of use. Not all the latest whiz-bang restomod stuff, but the car is dead reliable and easy to work on. Great road trip car that is fun and fast. Also has a set of steel wheels with '57 factory dog dish hubcaps that combines the benefits of a restomod, like P/S, P/B, better ride and 4 wheel disc brakes with a close to original appearance.
The seat covers need replaced and the car needs a good cleaning and a little tlc. The paint on nose could use some attention (A few bubbles/chips) Car still shows well and gets a lot of compliments.
May sell rolling minus engine and trans.
