This 1962 Corvette was purchased new from Gene Crump Chevrolet on 6-19-1962 by William Paul Adams Jr.. The color is a rare solid silver with red interior. It came with a 300hp 327 engine, a 4 speed trans, 308 ratio positive rear-n, see the original Bill of Sale picture for more info. Paul, according to NCRS was the 236 member of NCRS, he also was a member of SCCA Sport Car Club of America and raced TVR slaloms and rallies events. The trophies that are pictured are some of the races he ran, they will also come with the car. In 1964 the original engine was taken out of the car and a fuel injection unit and engine was installed. After years parked in his garage the fuel unit and engine was replaced with a period correct 327 block in 2017, see picture of invoice. The transmission is still the original 4 speed with the cars vin stamp on it.
