1963 was the first year Chevrolet came out with the new designed Corvette C2 model and this early’63 has the unique features of the very early ‘63s: correct fiberglass headlight buckets, short driver side mirror, under seat depressions. A beautiful, exceptional example of an original body impresses even the purest corvette enthusiasts - Fiberglass has zero signs of previous repair, original glass.
Body-on restoration included new wiring harness, gas tank & lines, new brake lines, steering box, connecting rods, factory correct interior components, clock, excellent engine bay,…. There are under 2,000 miles on the engine and tranny since they were rebuilt. It is a blast to drive this highly responsive C2, it handles great, drives excellent, engine sounds beautiful. Many credits to Chevrolet for building a car like this already in 1963. This sports car not only drives and handles very well. It also looks fantastic. The Ermine White is done in a base coat / clear coat which make the timeless lines and body form stunning.
