Very Clean, Very Original. 194 ci High Thrift 6 cyl, Paired with Powerglide 2 speed Automatic.
The paint and trim accents are original with a few scratches and imperfections of a car that is 59 years old. It is a miracle it survived this long, with excellent stewardship. Original Interior with rubber flooring was standard equipment on the 300 series. If you know these cars, the plastic chrome paint on the instrument cluster fades and falls apart. This is in perfect condition! There was one small tear on the back of the drivers seat, so I had custom plastic covering of the period installed to preserve the seat. The underneath is clean, there is no rust anywhere. Mechanically the engine is sound, and the car shifts smoothly. The carburetor was recently rebuilt, and it runs great. Recent repairs were made such as a new custom-made factory style aluminized exhaust, brakes & wheel cylinders, transmission serviced, new battery amp;amp; cables, new water pump, fuel pump, tune up, and factory bias ply tires. This is a true survivor. Chrome has zero pitting. Original spiral style shocks.
