Just relisted after a two-year hiatus. This is an extremely rare '65 Coupe. Silver Pearl with Silver Interior and loaded with options. Its # 754 off the assembly line built in late 1964. This has always been a West Coast car. I bought it from the family of the first owner. Originally located in Southern California it moved to Washington State where I've owned it for the past 18 years. Full off-frame restoration, #'s matching 327 ci engine, Protecto-plate and original owner registration documents included. I still have the original California yellow on black California license plates. Fully loaded: Power windows, power disc brakes, power steering, AC, telescopic wheel, and original 2-speed Powerglide transmission. Very low mileage car drives like new. Full drivetrain rebuild during restoration. Balanced and blueprinted engine upgraded with a mild roller cam, roller rockers and hardened valve seats. Much more than the original 300 hp under a fully stock looking engine. The Powerglide received a complete rebuild as did the differential, brakes, all suspension bushings, and rear axle bearings. Brakes were rebuilt with stainless steel sleeves and O-ring pistons. Original AFB Carter carburetor and dual-snorkel off-set air cleaner in storage. Currently running after-market MSD Atomic EFI throttle body injected carburetor and 1968 Corvette open air cleaner. Starts immediately and runs nicely on premium unleaded at over 18 mpg.
