Beautiful 1965 Shelby Cobra Backdraft Racing build #416 with 6000 miles on the clock (see pic). Powered by a Smeding Performance 427 aluminum head small block (351W block bored and stroked to get to the magic number of 427) with a lightened racing block, aluminum heads, forged pistons, roller rockers, Victor Jr. aluminum intake, Holly double-pumper carb, Moroso high-volume oil pan, MSD ignition system, followed by a Tremec 5 speed and BMW independent rear suspension into 17" polished Halibrand style wheels. Full length headers and sidepipes give it an incredible sound. This car is fast and loud - so fast that my wife doesn't want to ride in it anymore. Something about not liking it when "her feet come up off the floorboards" when I give it some gas in third gear.
