Car is a very nicely optioned genuine 138 Vin SS Convertible that is completely rust free and completely sorted out.
To define sorted out, I drove this car 500 miles yesterday...yes...it's sorted.
Everything works as it should. The car is straight as an arrow, absolutely no rust or rot issues.
Driveline completely rebuilt and runs and drives as a new Chevelle. Top is power and is perfect. The car is very easy to drive with factory power steering, power brakes. Heat works great. I drove it 10 hours non stop yesterday out of storage, to my house...(wife thinks I lack common sense)
If cars were sold on how they drove this one would be priceless. She has all new weatherstripping, tires, brakes, engine has maybe 5000 miles on it and runs so sweet you'd swear it was fuel injected. The Th-400 trans shifts great and kicks down on demand. This Super Sport will lay you in your seat...plently of power.
The car was stripped to bare metal and repainted in correct code R Bolero red about in about 2008. This was not a inexpensive ordeal! The car was disassembled and the car is straight as an arrow. The interior is a mix of original and NOS parts, shows as new.
Chrome is all GM...no repro junk here! Shows great.
