Vehicle Description

ENGINE:

The engine was totally rebuilt close to 500 miles ago. The Engine Upgrades include heads with upgraded 211/177 valves with new 3 angle valve job, new guides, and decked perfectly flat. Other upgrade features include an Electric Radiator Fan mounted in front of the radiator that keeps this GTO running Cool.

INTERIOR:

Look at the 30 pictures of this beautiful Red Bucket Seat Interior.  Notice the center console with the Hurst Shifter and wood shifter knob.  To enhance the look of the interior, I bought a brand-new Wood Steering Wheel, which cost $450.  To monitor the engine, you have a complete set of gauges, to include speedometer, odometer, Summit tachometer, Sun Pro temperature, battery and oil pressure gauges.  As you can see the Sun Pro gauges are mounted under the dash in the center.  The car came with idiot lights which are still connected.   For your listening pleasure, we have an aftermarket Pontiac AM/FM Stereo Radio.  I don’t play it much because the “Rumble of the Exhaust” is Music to my Ears.  In the glove box is the “ORIGINAL” Owner’s Manual.  Look at the beautiful red headliner and red carpeting which is brand new.  To protect the new carpet, I have a set of GTO floor mats.

TRUNK:

Look at the 11 pictures of the trunk and you will see it has a factory mat and the ORIGINAL 1967 SPARE TIRE.  The spare tire which has never been on the GTO is a US Royal Safety 800 tubeless 775 X 14, 4 ply tire. Can you imagine how we drove, burned out, and drag raced on those kinds of tires in the 60’s.  The spare tire is mounted on an Original Rally wheel which has never been on the car. The jack assembly is original and painted the correct Pontiac Blue. Notice the jacking instructions on the trunk lid and the fantastic paint job on the trunk lid. The pictures also show a fire extinguisher for your safety. Hopefully you will never have to use it.  I am also including the GMC storage unit, which is great for carrying anything from paper towels, wax or anything else. Looking at the pictures you will see I am including touch up paint, engine paint, spare gaskets, the original outside mirrors that I replaced, It is a great place to store a first aid kit.
