1967 Shelby Mustang GT500 fastback. This is one of the best of 2,048 Shelbys produced in 1967 (of course I’m biased LOL). The car is Lime (Green) Gold and has a black interior. In the early 1970s the previous owner removed the 428 PI and replaced it with a 427ci side-oiler V8 with twin four-barrel carburetors.

This one has the new Survival heads, original Shelby 2x4 intake, original BC/BD 710 cfm carbs, and a fairly mild 282S Comp solid flat tappet cam. After some tweaking and carb efforts it eventually made a peak of 482 horsepower at about 5700 and made 516 pounds of torque - running with 10.5:1 compression.
It has a four-speed manual transmission. The interior is black vinyl with black carpets along with brushed aluminum trim. It has a nice overhead console. The steering wheel was made in Italy with a Shelby horn button and a 140-mph speedometer and a tachometer with a 6k-rpm redline.
