Exterior:
Adorned with a sport package, this truck boasts various bright finishes such as the horn ring, windshield drip, head and tail lamp bezels, side window frames, tailgate handle, matte finished grille, bumpers, and front guards. The grille proudly displays die cast F-O-R-D letters, and is equipped with 15" wheel covers. The truck's exterior panels are mostly rust-free with some minor spots appropriate for it's age. The vehicle has also been treated to a Signal Flare Red respray, completed several years ago. As well as the driver side fender and grille being replaced and painted to their original appearance. The passenger compartment is covered by a white top with a roof rack. Notably, the rear of the truck is completed by a swinging mounted spare tire.
Interior:
Recently replaced seat covers accurately replicate the original ones, and the white seating remains clean and free from cracks. The dash has been resprayed in white, and the truck features rubber mats and a full metal headliner. Additionally, a roll bar has been installed for topless driving. The vacuum wipers have been replaced with electric ones, and power steering has been added. The door panels are in excellent condition and complement the nicely aged metal interior door frames. The truck was originally equipped with a dual fuel tank option from the factory.
Drivetrain:
The engine bay houses the original 289ci V8 engine, which remains in pristine condition and is topped with a single 2-barrel carburetor. The manual transmission has been swapped for a C4 3-speed automatic version.
Undercarriage:
Some surface rust is present throughout the undercarriage. It is equipped with a B8J package, featuring a Ford 9" 3.50 limited-slip rear axle and a Dana 30 front axle. All four-wheel drive modes function properly, and power disc front brakes, power drum brakes, a brake booster, and power steering have been added.
