1968 Mustang California Special (GT/CS) in Lime Gold. The Interior is thought to be original and is in overall good condition. See pictures for seats with repaired vinyl. Dash was noted to be signed by Carroll Shelby (not independently verified). The body is appears to be free from rust. Paint is fresh and clean, engine is detailed. New shocks, radiator, carburetor, brakes, radio, speakers (front and back with front panels (original non-speaker panels will be included), ignition, and much more. This Mustang has clean chrome (new) and a straight body. It is absolutely clean under the carriage as well.There are two scratch areas that can be seen in the pictures and holes for pony emblems in the front fenders that were removed as they were not original. Please see the pictures for additional information. This is a vintage car that has had restoration done. It's not perfect and shouldn't be considered perfect. However, it sure is getting there and could be with minimal effort. The areas that need to be addressed is that the tail lights need to be grounded as they function properly until the front lights are turned on. At that point, they are bright and don't properly dim. The other area is that the horn needs to be addressed as it currently does not function. This is likely do to the horn ring and switch. All lights turn on and the brake lights, head lights, turn signals, fog lights, dash and interior lights all function. I will include a brand-new Classic Auto Air system (heat and air) with the sale of the Mustang ($2500 value). The car is a non-air car, but this system will add air conditioning and modernize the heat which is not currently functional. All you'll need to do is install it. As is the case with vintage cars, there is no warranty expressed or implied. Sold "as is", "where is". I will work with you and your shipper to help get the car loaded and transported (at the buyer's expense).
