The engine is a 383 stroker motor that puts out 450 plus horsepower. The engine also features a gear drive kit, giving that whining sound similar to that of a blower.
A Chrome Plated engine dress up kit and headers are perfect final touches on the engine compartment. The transmission is a perfect shifting turbo hydro 350 with a Hughes 2500 stall converter. Power is placed on the ground with a 10 bolt POSI with 4:11 gear ratio. For added stability and traction a Anti-Hop bar was also added to the rear axle housing. All brand new suspension components were installed making the Chevelle drive like the day it left the showroom floor.
The Chevelle has that perfect BOLD Hot Rod stance and features period correct "Old School" look with 15" X 8" Cragar SS Chrome Plated Wheels and Performance Firestone Firehawk White Letter Radial Tires.
