Vehicle Description

This 1969 Ford Bronco originally was configured as a wagon and was converted to a half-cab truck and repainted under previous ownership more than 20 years ago. Finished in green over black upholstery, the vehicle is powered by a 302ci V8 paired with a column-shifted three-speed manual transmission and a dual-range transfer case. Features include a roll bar, steel bumpers, 15″ Raceline wheels, MagnaFlow exhaust, Wild Horses suspension components, an aftermarket cassette stereo, and bucket seats with lap belts.

Originally finished in Cordova, the body reportedly was repainted in its current shade of metallic green in approximately 2000, and at that time it was converted from a wagon to a half cab with a pickup bed. Equipment includes steel bumpers, a roll bar, dual fuel tanks, a left-side mirror, wheel-arch trim, a tow ball, and dual exhaust with polished finishers. Paint-meter readings as well as imperfections and blemishes in the finish are shown in the photo gallery below, including bubbling on the lower portion of the driver’s door.

Black-finished 15″ Raceline beadlock wheels are mounted with 32×11.5″ BFGoodrich All-Terrain K02 tires. The front wheels are equipped with Warn manual hub locks, and drum brakes are fitted at all four corners. The suspension has been modified by the selling dealer with replacement springs, shocks, and bushings from Wild Horses. A spare set of five steel wheels with mismatched tires is included in the sale.

The cab features two bucket seats upholstered in black vinyl with matching carpets and a body-color dash, doors, and roof. Interior equipment consists of lap belts, an aftermarket cassette stereo, a lockable glove compartment, and front vent windows.

The two-spoke steering wheel fronts a factory combination gauge with a 100-mph speedometer, while aftermarket instrumentation consists of a column-mounted tachometer and auxiliary gauges mounted beneath the dash. The five-digit odometer shows 69k miles, and true mileage is unknown.

The 302ci V8 is said to have been refreshed under previous ownership, including fitment of a replacement intake manifold and a Holley carburetor. Service performed by the selling dealer reportedly included replacing the spark plugs, plug wires, batteries, valve-cover gasket, and exhaust-manifold gasket. During the seller’s service the exhaust manifolds were refinished, the valve covers were powdercoated in blue, and the oil pan was replaced.

Power is routed to the rear or all four wheels through a column-shifted three-speed manual transmission and a two-speed transfer case.
