1969 Ford Torino Cobra, original R-Code vehicle. California car, rust-free. Brand new rebuild on the original 428 engine with less than 50 miles since startup. The engine was built by Blair Patrick from Tennessee, who was the winner of the Engine Masters Challenge with an FE engine. The engine has all new parts, including a Scat forged stroker crank, H beam rods, Mahle piston rings, Cloyes double roller timing chain set, stainless valves, a new custom-built Blair Patrick 900 cfm vacuum secondary carburetor, and a hydraulic roller camshaft with solid roller Crower lifters. The engine has been balanced, and the factory heads have been CNC machined, to name a few things about this rebuild. The engine has been dyno with 568.7 HP at 6000 RPM. The original C6 auto transmission has been rebuilt, including installing a hardened input shaft, a new ATI torque convertor that has been custom built for engine specs, a new Moser posi unit with 3.89 gear with a 1350 u joint, new axle seals, all new rear brakes, hardware, and lines, all new front suspension, new Wildwood front brakes, a new Wildwood master cylinder, a new USA-made radiator, new USA-made Magnum 500 wheels with new BF Goodrich Radial TA tires, a brand new exhaust with custom-made Tri Y headers, and new subframe connectors. There are many other new parts with receipts for everything available. The floor pan is absolutely in mint condition. The car did have one repaint before we purchased it, but the body is beautiful.
