Vehicle Description

Pontiac GTO.

1969 Pontiac GTO Judge (real judge) with PHS documentation.( This car was sold! I had taken in a 1969 GTO convertible that was owned buy the buyers deceased father. He was so upset after the fact about trading in his dads car that we decided to go ahead and  reverse the transaction.)  Of course the first 2000 judges were orange.  Silver is "extremely" rare.  A complete rotisserie restoration has just been completed with just 163 miles driven.  I purchased this car in California several years ago.  It was incredibly solid and still retains its original quarters, doors, fenders, floors and trunk floor.  The front endura bumper was damaged from the use of a bumper jack.  Fortunately it came with a NOS bumper.  The body was put on a rotisserie and media blasted to bare steel.  The paint is done with urethane base clear and has been extensively cut and rubbed and is stunning.  The under carriage was done in red oxide as original.  The car was undercoated and I preferred not to re-undercoat it.  There is silver over spray that has been sprayed over the red oxide, shot from the outside at a 45 degree angle as new.  The frame was also put on a rotisserie and media blasted to bare steel.  Bushings, ball joints, brake lines, fuel lines, body mounts, etc have all been replaced.  Once the frame was reassembled it was sprayed with satin clear so any bare steel pieces won't surface rust.  The numbers matching motor was also rebuilt.  It was board to .060 over.  The crank was turned to .010.010.  The entire rotating assembly was balanced.  The original Ram air 3 heads received new valves and hardened seats to accommodate today's fuels.  The original muncie 4 speed was also rebuilt and received new sink rows, bearings, and seals.  The rear end was in excellent shape and received new seals and gaskets.
