Short story on this car
we was out car scouting on a Saturday morning,we saw the charger in the garage covered.
all we can see is the front wheels,So I got off and ask if the car would be for sale…
Middle age gentleman comes outside and asked me do you know what kind of car is that
he said it’s a 1970 Charger R/T 440,he told me the story behind the car how his grandparents are the original owners and it was passed down to him.
He had the car parked in the garage since 8 years never moved it.
So long story short we made a deal and I bought the car.
Brought it home and had Atomic Motors and Insane Powers rebuilt the whole engine
So the engine is totally rebuilt and yes it is the original engine and original heads as you can see in the photos.
Car runs and drives great
Engine don’t have no miles on it,it was just installed.
Transmission is original and numbers matching to the car and shifts perfectly fine with no issues
Rear axle as well is original
Body is all original and in great original condition
It does have a dent on the front passenger fender
It does have some minor blisters coming up nothing serious or cancer and nothing through and through.
Car has been repainted 1 time back in 2002
Paint is really nice and shines up beautiful
Undercarriage is solid and original as you can see in the photos
No patch panels or rust
Truck is original as well and solid and rust free
Interior is in excellent original condition for its age with no rips or tears or cracks
All the glass and windows are original to the car and in excellent condition
All in all a great daily driver car that runs and drives and looks great
It’s not a trailer queen car but again a great daily driver condition car….
I have a clean and clear title in hand that matches every Vin number located on this vehicle
I looked for the broadcast sheet, took the rear seats out and didn’t find it now I know there’s more locations that they put them in but I haven’t checked so if you got any ideas where it would be let me know and I will look for it..
