This 1972 Barracuda was stripped down to the shell and all the paint was removed to the metal (Frame Off Restoration). It was brought back to life with DuPont Chromabase Ruby Red and top coated with DuPont G2 Clearcoat. Many restorations include seat covers but that was not good enough for this one. The Custom Bucket Seats were professionally reupholstered and with all new carpet, new dash pad & new instrument panel the difference is noticeable.
The engine is a fuel injected Mopar 440 Super Commando V8 550 HP 560lb ft Torque and is paired with a Trymek TK0600 5-speed manual transmission. It is equipped with a full frame powder coated racing chassis by Schwartz Performance Engineering. It has an aluminum with rubber bladder Pryotect PyroCell Elite Racing Cell (18 gal). We also chose to equip this ride with Forgeline GA3 Wheels & Continental extreme contact tires.
