I started with an all original 1974 F250 crewcab shortbed 2wd truck
Suspension and axles steering and braking components from a 2014 f350 were installed .
Then I used a 2012 f150 6.0 coyote engine and transmission mated to a married NP 205 transfer case
Rear driveshaft is 2014 superduty shortened and balanced to Sterling 10.5 electric locker rear .
Front driveshaft is a 79 like the transfer case to a Dana super 60 coil sprung front
Both axles are 3.55 ratio and have 60% 35/12.50/17 tires mounted on 17x9 rockcrusher wheels
Superduty steering box and components ,Volvo/Ford electric steering pump
Truck has complete braking system from 2014 truck including master booster etc
Coyote engine and trans controlled by stand alone harness , So all gauges etc are original 1974
Truck runs ,drives and stops great !
Stock engine with a tune .
Has MAK y pipe and flow master exhaust . Truck is a bit loud when accelerating. Loud pipes save lives . But quiet when idling
Inside it has all new carpet seat covers steering wheel dash pad and headliner Etc, with pioneer head unit Bluetooth etc
Front door speakers rear speakers and under seat sub in rear (rocks)
Truck really turns heads and I get a lot of compliments. But it is not a high end show truck so that why I’m not at 80-100k which is what it would cost to do so. The are some minor blemishes on truck and paint job is driver quality. It has a few stone chips . Not by any means bad or noticeable just don’t want to misrepresent as brand new flawless truck...
Truck was really pretty solid to start with. But I did replace front floor pans, tailgate , both front fenders and passenger bedside . Otherwise all original steel.
Has PPG single stage paint and raptor spray in bedliner in bed and under cab
