Vehicle Description

-Argento (Silver) with Beige leather interior, Dark Green carpeting, Restored, 4.4 Liter V12 engine, 5-speed manual gearbox, 91,000 Kilometers/56,000 Miles from new, Rare 1 of 525 produced, Previously owned by French racing driver, Jean Paul Driot, Recent full servicing. The 365 GT4 2+2 was introduced in 1972 at the Paris Motor Show to replace the 365 GTC/4. Ferrari turned to frequent styling partner Leonardo Fioravanti at Pininfarina, whose three-box design for the 365 GT4 2+2 was a clear departure from its fastback predecessor, the 365 GTC/4. It followed Fioravantis Ferrari 365 GTB/4 Daytona as the second Ferrari to feature the characteristic swage line dividing the body into upper and lower halves. The 365 GT4 2+2 is powered by the same engine as the GTC/4 before it. The 4.4 liter V12 engine used six side-draft Weber 38 DCOE carburetors and produced 340 hp at 6200 rpm. The gearbox was a five-speed, all-synchromesh manual. The power band is far more conducive to the Ferrari V12 sports grand touring automobiles of the past. It is truly a gentlemans transcontinental express. This is a rare opportunity to purchase a four-seater, manual gearbox V12 Ferrari in absolutely superb condition throughout and has recently enjoyed a complete and major servicing.
