This Bronco is powered by a rebuilt 351 CI V8 backed by a C6 Automatic. A Holley carb replaces the factory 2150. The Bronco runs and drives as it would new. The Dana 44 front axle and Limited slip Ford 9” rear are fit with 3.50 gears. Most suspension joints (ball joints ect) and shocks were replaced during the restoration, The wheels are new American Racing bullet hole wheels in 15x8 with new 33x12.5R15 M/T tires.
The rust free body was refinished in the Bronco’s factory Raven by the previous owner. The paint shows very well overall but does have some small imprecations, this is the biggest thing holding it back from being worth double my asking price like the one our friend MontanaBroncos just sold at Barrett Jackson. The chromatic stickers were replaced as well. The bumpers are new from Dennis Carpenter. The top has been redone.
The gorgeous red Indian blanket style interior has been fully redone to showroom condition. The seats has been redone back to original. The carpet has been replaced and a modern sound deadening (dynamat) added underneath. The door panels and dash trim has all been replaced with Dennis Carpenter parts. The radio is a Retrosound with Bluetooth and USB capabilities.
This great high end driver ‘79 Chromatic Bronco is turn key ready to go. It turns heads everywhere it goes for good reason. These factory chromatic rigs are rapidly climbing in value.
