This 1979 Ford F-150 Ranger is a short-bed example that is finished in red over black and red vinyl and powered by a 400ci V8 paired with a three-speed automatic transmission and a two-speed transfer case. Equipment includes a lifted suspension, an aftermarket Kenwood stereo, a diamond-plate bed floor and rear bumper, power steering, power-assisted front disc brakes, a Holley carburetor, and 15″ Vision wheels with 35″ tires. The truck was acquired by the seller in February 2021 and service during current ownership reportedly included replacing the windshield and renewing the suspension, braking, ignition, and fueling components. This F-150 is now offered with a clean Florida title assigned to the seller’s LLC.
The truck is finished in metallic maroon with black Ford lettering on the tailgate and features a chrome diamond-plate rear bumper, Western-style side mirrors, and bright side trim and rocker-panel moldings. The bed is fitted with a diamond-plate floor and black spray-on liner has been applied. The seller notes the windshield is a replacement and that over-spray is visible in multiple areas of the body.
Polished 15″ Vision wheels are mounted with 35×12.5″ Cooper Discoverer SST Pro white letter tires. The truck is equipped with a suspension lift, power steering, and power-assisted front disc brakes.
