The modifications are numerous and include a BMW M30B35 motor with race camshaft, individual throttle bodies with polished aluminum velocity stacks. Engine management by a custom MANOFIED ECU. There is a distributor delete which enhances the clean engine bay appearance. Race headers flow freely into a upgraded wide diameter stainless steel exhaust system with magnaflow muffler.
The exhaust note of this motor represents the greatness of the BMW inline six and is intoxicating. The motor was dyno tuned and makes approximately 300+ BHP at the crank.
Stopping power comes from upgraded BMW 7 series Alpina badged calipers and rotors up front with OEM e28 rear components.
The car has the right stance as it sits on fully adjustable Bilstien coilovers, custom strut tower brace, and features custom adjustable camber plates front and rear.
The clean sharknose lines of this car are enhanced by european specification front and rear bumpers complete with headlamp wipers. All exterior badges and details are Alpina including valence and trunck lid spoiler. Authentic staggered Alpina multi-spoke wheels clad with new Continental Extreme contact summer performance tires and alignment.
The interior was designed with the same attention to detail as the exterior and stands out with its fully functioning Alpina cloth sport seats front and rear, wooden Alpina shift knob, Alpina floor mats, dead pedal, and custom auxiliary instrument cluster. The windows, seats and sunroof are all fully operational. The instrument cluster is European specification and is metric. The odometer shows 8,800 km. It has not worked in my possession. I believe this represents the amount of miles since the transformation.
