Vehicle Description

1989 Chrysler TC by Maserati Convertible with 51172 Miles. Chrysler's "TC by Maserati" was a joint effort between Chrysler and Maserati, having been introduced at the 1986 Los Angeles Auto Show. It is a "Q" body built on a modified second-generation Chrysler K platform. After two years of development delays, the TC became available in late-1988 and a total of 7,300 units were manufactured in Milan, Italy through 1990. This TC sports the yellow exterior paired with the Ginger leather interior. This unique Chrysler provides comfort when cruising with air conditioning (converted from R12 to R134a), a AM/FM/Cassette radio, leather with six way power seats, power brakes, power steering, power locks, power windows, seat belts, radial tires, tilt steering wheel, and anti-lock brakes, rear defogger. Powering this '89 is claimed to be a 2.2L Inline 4-cylinder turbocharged engine mated to the A413 three-speed automatic transaxle transmission. Walking around this example one should notice the detachable hard top with circular, beveled-glass opera windows with a six-point latching system and a manually operated cloth lined convertible top. If you are looking for a unique classic convertible, this one should get some attention while cruising.  The car is in pretty good condition. There is a couple of spots that are trying to show rust. Since I just listed the car on Auto Trader Classic I am going hold firm on the asking  price of $ 15,900.  As for why I m selling the car is because it was my dad’s car and  to place in a nursing home. The sale of the car will help with the cost of the nursing  home monthly fee’s.  The TC has had a tune up, all fluids has been changed, AC has  been converted from R 12 to the current standards R 134a. The rear brakes had been rebuilt (Calipers, pads, rotors) front has new pads as well.
