Vehicle Description

This is an excellent and fully documented 1990 BMW ALPINA B10 Bi-Turbo VIN Number  (The 61st car of 507 built), which has covered 164,300 Km (102K Miles) since new. It was originally sold in Germany  A major service was performed at this time. The car was repainted in the original Alpina Blue color .

The quality of the work is excellent - no over spray, etc.

This exquisite automobile is powered by smooth and ferociously powerful 3.5L Twin Turbo, Intercooled M30 6-cylinder motor mated to Getrag 290/5-speed manual transmission. It is equipped with Catalytic converters. The motor is rated at 360HP and 400lb/f of torque. The performance is astounding - at the time, and even today 0–60 in 5.1 seconds, top speed is 181MPH. The turbo lag is minimal. It has factory manual boost control varying boost from 0.4 bar to 0.8 bar (300 – 360HP).

As it can be seen from the photographs, this piece of automotive history is in beautiful condition. The body and paint are excellent, no dents or rust. There are some rock chips on the front spoiler and a few on the front bumper. The wheels are 100% true; there are no curb marks. The tires are very recent Bridgestone's in the correct staggered size. The tool kit is complete. The interior is very clean, no cracks on the dash. The door cards are excellent. The headliner was replaced in 2006. The rear parcel shelf cloth needs minor attention around the window blind insert. All electrical accessories work – power windows, mirrors, sunroof (a super rare original BMW glass sunroof sold as an accessory at the time is in the place of the tin panel) Automatic climate control with ice cold AC. Aftermarket Blaupunkt CD player.
