Vehicle Description

1997 Dodge Viper Coupe Why This per Car Is Special All it takes is one look at this 1997 Dodge Viper we have here at Skyway Classics to see that it exemplifies speed, power, looks, and handling. Our Coupe has the 450 horsepower and 490 lb-ft of torque aluminum block 8.0L V10 naturally-aspirated engine that has that iconic engine sound and has already become a very desirable collector car. Features 1997 Dodge Viper 8.0-liter V10 450 Horsepower Red intake Viper logo valve covers on that V10 engine Factory high-performance exhaust system Power steering Disc brakes Air conditioning Ram air intake system Detailed factory stock engine compartment Leather bucket seat interior with twin form-fitting bucket seats Viper floor mats Matching door panels Manual shifter in the console Stereo radio system Factory dash with its analog gauges and dual airbags Power windows and door locks Factory steering wheel Painted in the original blue with white stripes paint scheme Vented hood Side scoop Rear wing Factory standard polished aluminum wheels Black sidewall performance tires Mechanical Specs The 1997 Dodge Viper has the powerful 8.0-liter V10 that was substantially reworked when it debuted in 1997. It featured a redesigned block and heads, shorter cooling jackets, and revised sump. These changes resulted in a 35 horsepower jump to 450. Overall, the revised motor is 85 pounds lighter than the one in the old RT/10. The engine has the prominent red intake and Viper logo valve covers on that V10 engine, the factory high-performance exhaust system, power steering and disc brakes, air conditioning, ram air intake system, and a very clan and detailed factory stock engine compartment. Interior This 1997 Dodge Viper features a leather bucket seat interior with twin form-fitting bucket seats, Viper floor mats, matching door panels, manual shifter in the console, stereo radio system, factory dash with its analog gauges and dual airbags, power windows and door locks, and the factory steering wheel. It all looks as new as it should with the very low miles on it. Exterior Our 1997 Dodge Viper is painted in the original blue with white stripes paint scheme with the factory standard polished aluminum wheels and black sidewall performance tires. As is the rest of the Viper, the paint is like new and flows well over the sculptured body, vented hood, side scoops, and rear wing, offset by the white racing stripes, with the deep sounds emanating from the dual rear tips letting you know this is one fast sports car.
