You are looking at a very cool and becoming a very rare red 1999 Plymouth Prowler. I recently found this sitting in a private collection, where it has always been garage kept. It still has low miles on it at 9669. The original owners manual is there, along with one key for the car, see photos. The car does have a clean Florida title. The Prowler drove and shifted like it should for the videos I provided at the bottom of this listing. The windows do need attention as they do not go down and if the car is warmed up it has a hard time restarting, but other then that it seems to run great, see videos below of it running. The undercarriage is very clean, see photos below.
