Mechanical

The engine in our Trans Am is the very powerful LS1 which is

actually a Corvettes LS1 5.7-liter engine. It has the Ram Air

intake that boosted power to over 325 horsepower and everything

else inside the engine compartment looks just as it did as it left

the factory.

It also has four-wheel disc brakes, a four-speed automatic

transmission w/overdrive, and it rides on factory wide alloy mag

wheels and black sidewall performance tires to keep the Ram Air

Firebird planted to the ground.

Interior

The TA has a black leather power bucket seat interior and an option

list and standard equipment a mile long including power locks, dual

airbags, anti-lock brakes, tilt wheel, cruise control, keyless

entry, the original AM/FM/CD stereo, power windows, air

conditioning, Rear Spoiler, leather Steering Wheel Trim, Center

Console, Power Steering, all factory gauges including a Tachometer,

and power antenna.

Exterior

Our TA is painted in original maroon paint that looks good and is

set-off by the T/A emblems as well as the Ram Air hood scoop,

factory ground effects, rear spoiler and louvered side scoops.

It looks like it is going 150 mph even when it is sitting

still!
