This 2005 Chevrolet Silverado SS is an extended-cab pickup that is finished in Victory Red over Dark Charcoal leather, and it is powered by a 6.0-liter Vortec V8 paired with a four-speed automatic transmission and all-wheel drive. Equipment includes heated and power-adjustable front seats, 20″ alloy wheels, power windows, automatic climate control, tinted rear windows, bed rails, chrome trim, a K&N air-intake system, an aftermarket dual exhaust system, and a factory CD stereo with Bose audio. The truck was first registered in Pennsylvania, and it now has just under 6,800 miles. This Silverado SS is now offered with manufacturer’s literature, a clean Carfax report, and a clean New Jersey title in the seller’s name.
The exterior is finished in Victory Red and features SS badging, tinted rear windows, clamshell doors, body-color bumpers and mirror caps, power mirrors, and dual chrome exhaust tips, along with an aftermarket grille insert, a Chevrolet-logo third brake light, chrome trim and bedside rails, and a clear hood deflector. The bed is equipped with a black GM-logo mat.
Chrome-finished 20″ alloy wheels are mounted with 275/55 Goodyear Eagle LS tires. The Silverado SS came standard with the Z60 performance suspension package, stopping power is provided by disc brakes and red-finished calipers at all four corners.
The cabin features heated and power-adjustable front seats upholstered in Dark Charcoal leather with embroidered SS logos in the front headrests. Amenities include dual-zone automatic climate control, cruise control, power windows, and a factory CD stereo paired with a Bose audio system.
The leather-wrapped steering wheel frames a 120-mph speedometer, a 6k-rpm tachometer, and gauges for oil temperature, oil pressure, fuel level, voltage, and coolant temperature. The digital odometer indicates just under 6,800 miles, approximately 10 of which were added by the selling dealer.
The 6.0-liter Vortec V8 features 10:1 compression and was factory rated at 345 horsepower and 380 lb-ft of torque in the Silverado SS. A K&N air-intake system was installed during prior ownership along with aftermarket exhaust components, and an oil change was performed in preparation for the sale. The removed exhaust components are included in the sale.
Power is sent to all four wheels through a 4L65E four-speed automatic transmission and a viscous-coupling transfer case. A skid plate has been installed, and additional photos of the underside are provided in the gallery below.
