The car is finished in Iridium Silver over a black leather interior and is powered by a 6.2-liter V8 linked with a seven-speed automatic transmission and a limited-slip differential. Additional equipment includes adjustable AMG coilover suspension, carbon-fiber trim, COMAND with navigation, a Harman Kardon audio system, power-adjustable front sport seats, bi-xenon headlights, and 19” AMG wheels.
The body is finished in Iridium Silver (775) and features DTM-inspired bodywork including wider fender flares, a carbon-fiber rear spoiler, and carbon fiber front and rear aprons. Additional equipment includes bi-xenon headlights with active corner illumination, rain-sensing windshield wipers, and polished quad exhaust outlets. Polished 19? AMG wheels are mounted with Continental ExtremeContact DWS 06 tires measuring 265/30 up front and 285/30 out back. The Black Series features a 3? wider track than the standard CLK along with an adjustable AMG coilover suspension and front and rear strut tower braces. Stopping power is provided by silver-finished calipers with AMG lettering over cross-drilled and ventilated brake discs at all four corners.
The power-adjustable front sport seats are trimmed in black sport leather and joined by a matching dashboard, carpets, and door panels. The center console features carbon-fiber trim, and additional interior amenities include COMAND with navigation, a Harman Kardon audio system, automatic climate control, and aluminum pedal pads.
The flat-bottomed steering wheel frames a 200-mph speedometer, a tachometer with a 7,200-rpm redline, an analog clock, and gauges for coolant temperature and fuel level.
The hand-assembled 6.2-liter M156 V8 was rated at 500 horsepower and 465 lb-ft of torque when new.
